It also merges the rank to a search result that isn’t ever intended to be deleted, creating an affective cascading PR funnel to city/zip result pages.

Real Estate DUO
Mobile IDXpressions link directly, property-to-property with desktop websites. This is beneficial for users who find the mobile version in a search result, but also creates links to property URLs within the desktop version. QR codes on the desktop site are automatically generated to provide a quick scan to a smart-phone, or to be used for marketing a listing by the agent or broker.

Content Modifiers
Each search result and listing page adds an additional admin panel to add unique content to pages that other IDX website do not. for example, you may add content to an MLS compliant area within a detail page, like a movie or additional descriptive text or images to show the user and google that your listing pages are unique.
